Higher Vibrations Collective started in 2013 presenting "Dinner with the Stevensons" at the Thespis Festival . Since then, H.V.C has grown collaborating with a diaspora of several artists, creatives and educators standing as it is today. Founder, executive director
Glenn Quentin is an award-winning artist based in New York City. Glenn received a B.F.A from Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts. Director credits includes "Showtime" (Midtown International Theatre Festival) nominated for Best Director Short Subject Play, "Too Be Frank" (FR Dubb Productions) "Bi" Season 2 (BiUS Entertainment) Screened at Boston LGBT Film Festival and My True Colors Festival. Past writer credits include "Dinner with the Stevensons" awarded Most Innovative Script from the 2013 Thespis Festival, "CrackBaby" (The Griot Festival) and "Carringnton's Rules" (Higher Vibrations Collective.) Past producer credits include "Red, White and Detroit" (Crownwheel Pictures) "A Walk Within" (Media Filmz) and "Shampagne" (Miami Webfest/ Hip Hop Film Festival Feature).
Glenn has taught at North Miami Parks and Recreation Gold Camp, Globe Education, Westside YMCA, Riverdale Y, Boys Club NYC, NYJTL, Barbizon, Arizona Thespians and Ghetto Film School.

Paul Anthony Notice
Paul Anthony Notice II is an Emmy award-winning documentary producer and journalist who focuses on telling the stories of people of color, LGBT people, immigrants, the working poor and other marginalized communities. He's a proud alum of both Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, and NYU's Graduate Dramatic Writing Program.
His experience as an award-winning playwright, along with a relentless passion for detail and quality is what led him to win the 2017 NY Emmy Award for Best Short Documentary for Elite Daily's Broken Windows Documentary.
With over 12 years of journalism and video production experience, Notice has edited and produced hundreds of videos with MSNBC, Elite Daily, Fresco News, and other media outlets.
Nevertheless, Notice, a proud St. Louis native, continues to produce work that looks through the eyes of the disadvantaged, marginalized and forgotten. He currently works as a freelance producer with Elite Daily, as well as the Executive Producer of The Notice Blog.

Olave’ Omar Sebastien
Olavé Omar Sebastien is a passionate educator from Brooklyn, NY. He is a proud product of the NYC Public School system receiving his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Hampton University and Duquesne University, respectively. Prior to joining HVC, Olavé has been in the classroom in both Pittsburgh and NYC as a tutor, mentor, advisor, and teacher. Recently, Olavé found his calling to take more leadership roles in the educational arena via creating & implementing curriculum. As a new edition to HCV, Olavé will contribute to our organization’s ongoing growth and sustainable to enhance the lives of our young people.
